![]() On top of that, they are attractive, engaging, display a lot of content on one screen, and they’re accessible. These templates have all the features and components great admin dashboards must have. Although these are recent additions to Themeforest, they are already very popular with developers and designers. These newest additions to our HTML dashboard admin templates will help you build admin dashboards in no time. There is a migration process here which can explain a bit more, though when my Drobo-S-gen2 had a hardware problem, i was able to follow the migration process and was able to access the data again on they replacement unit. Are you looking for a dashboard admin template for your web application? the good (or better) news, is that if it is just the hardware that has had a problem, the disk pack drives can usually be migrated to another compatible drobo unit such as another 5D… With this in mind, if the drobo still looks like that (with all lights staying on) even when it is empty, then it probably is a fault that happened with the main unit/hardware. (you might already know this, but just to mention that power should be all OFF and cables unplugged before removing all the disk pack drives, and also should be OFF and cables unplugged, before putting all the disk pack drives back in) #Drobo dashboard cyan color macMaybe what you could do is to try connecting the drobo to another mac (such as if a friend can pop over to you with his mac laptop or something similar, just as a test) I just saw you were going to try uninstalling and reinstalling dashboard, so i found a link for you that might help with that in case you need it: (i do know that in the recent past, there have been some problems with some email notifications being blocked, so maybe you could try contacting them again just in case) Hi nicolas, if you have opened a ticket with the support team, they may just need a bit more time to reply. No, this cable work on the others computers in the company. I am going to uninstall all the softwares, firmware on the computer and begin again… but I losing patience…Īm not sure if your thunderbolt cable was directly attached, though apart from a possible faulty cable, usually there are extra potential problems when using thunderbolt daisy chaining or using hubadapters. So I cannot have logical information from the lights…because its the same if the Drobo is empty or with Harddrives inside. Yes the room temperature is highter than usually but not so crazy, sometime its worth and the fan is so loudly…so I have plugged off all the hard-disks inside the Drobo and reboot and plug the Thunderbolt cable to my Mac after, and its always the fan very loudly… I deduce there is no problems linked with the hard-disks inside…its a problem due to the Drobo Box ( or the firmware inside … ) not from the hard-disks…and when its empty, its indicate the same ( all Yellow lights fixed, All lights blue at the bottom, the little light green on the right and yellow on the left ( power on/ off light indicator ) Its a non-sense… Thanks for the info, and for retrying the above.įor the fans, it could be that some drive(s) are getting hot, possibly if a drive had a problem and was overheating, though with a heatwave depending on which country you are in, maybe just the room temperature is higher recently then usual? Hopefully it will finish and go into standby mode, where you can then try powering up the mac, and dashboard, and then to connect the drobo directly to the mac (in the same way as above), where it will hopefully be recognised by drobo, but how does this process go for you? ![]() (does it boot up with the blue led sequence, and then after some time, lighting up each light from 1 through to 10, and then going into standby mode?) - please allow it to try booting up in this way it may take some time half an hour or some hours). with power now all OFF and unplugged, to put your diskpack drives back into where they were before.and to then remove all cables (power and connection) from the drobo.then to use dashboard to shutdown the drobo,.(BUT if dashboard mentions anything about putting a disk in, please STOP) If so, this likely means that the main drobo hardware is ok. (does your 5D wake up shortly after, and become recognised by dashboard?) To then plug in a usb cable directly to the mac (if possible) and if not, to plug the thunderbolt directly into the mac To then power up the mac (and to launch dashboard) ![]() (does it boot up and then go into standby mode?) To power up the empty unconnected drobo on its own. To then remove all of your drives from the drobo (and remembering the ordering of your disk pack drives for later) ![]() To remove all cables from the drobo (connection and power cables) ![]() To shutdown and power off the mac and the drobo Would you be able to try these steps to see if they help: ![]()
